Bruan was a lot of fun to develop and was designed with a “retro” feel based on the superb design practices in the 1950’s primarily by designer Dieter Rams. A note on functional elements

The theme comes with a built in font selector in case you want to change the tone of your website by changing the font. You can also use choose between16 predefined default skin and with the help of color selectors for links, background image and color create a unique layout in a matter of seconds.

The Theme comes with a lot of pre built layouts for almost everything you can imagine: 3 different default Blog layouts (small, medium and big preview image) which can either be displayed with left or right sidebars, or even dual sidebar layouts. This default option can be overwritten for each post individually so you always can select the layout fitting best to your entry. Same goes for pages: sidebar left, right and medium options as well as no sidebar at all. you can choose from more than 10 different portfolio overview layouts with columns ranging from 1 to 4 and different sidebar options. The single portfolio page as well as the single blog page come with related posts to encourage you visitors to stay longer and help serarch engines crawl your site. The theme supports all major new browsers (firefox3,4,5,6+, IE7 ,IE8, IE9 +, Safari, Opera Chrome) For older browsers (namely the forsaken IE7 ) not all options are available and will displayed pixel perfect but as always the content will be fully accessible to your users so you dont lose any visitors due to their inability to read your content

Acoustic theme implements an advanced slider management section, so managing sliders and their images can’t be easier. You can very easily upload new images, delete and edit existing images and change their order by dragging and dropping them. Also, in this section you can create as many additional sliders as you need and subsequently set each of them to different pages.

Flexible and Unlimited Portfolio Pages

There are a porfolio gallery and showcase page templates included which are great for presenting your work and products. Each of them provides lots of customization options, for example, selecting number of columns, displaying category filter, including pagination, enabling black/white effect to images, and much more. We have also implemented lots of different options for the portfolio items, such as selecting an action after clicking on the image thumbnail or choosing how the thumbnail image will be cropped.

Advanced Styling Buttons

The theme includes an unique set of buttons that allow you to directly insert the styled content into your editor area. In this way, you can easily organize your content while creating it without having to save and preview your page with every change you do.

Font Management

Apart the default fonts that you can set, the theme provides a friendly user interface to implement Cufon Font replacement and Google API Fonts. For the Cufon font replacement you can either use one of the fonts that the theme comes with or upload your own custom font. Automatic Black&White image effect

All the images from the sections that support the nice Black&White image effect are generated automatically by the theme – you don’t have to create separate

Classy is a premium WordPress theme created to meet your client’s needs. It’s a very clean and elegant business style theme that is super easy to use and customize. With 7 custom post types (homepage highlights, slider, portfolio, testimonials, staff, services and pricing columns), meta options and some handy shortcodes, adding content is very easy.

The idea behind Classy was to make a theme that not only looked great but that only included what you need to create one or many great looking business sites, without all the extra "stuff" that you will never use and if you wanted to there is mostly likely a great plugin for it. That said, it does have many amazing features such as large page header images, 30+ custom backgrounds, 11 amazing color skins, beautiful pricing tables (via custom post types), support for unlimited paginated portfolios, a clean and minimal blog..etc. Basically, all the goddies you’ll want in your business style theme.

Homepage

The homepage is composed of a slider section, a highlights section (1, 2, 3 or 4 columns option) that can be used for adding any text, a services section (1,2,3 or 4 columns) that supports little 25×25 icons, a latest portfolio carousel and a latest from the blog section (1,2,3 or 4 columns). No need to use shortcodes to create a homepage like the demo, simply add your custom post types and it will be set-up for you. However, if you want you can create a homepage using a static page and shortcodes.

Header Image

You can easily assign a large header image to any page (not post) using the featured image function. This header image is 980px wide to fit perfectly on your site but can be any height. You can see a sample page with a header image here. Perfect if you wish to have a nice header image for each of your pages or for just a few. You can add them to page templates as well (full-width, portfolio, staff, testimonials, services..etc).

Navigation Icons

Another cool thing about the Classy theme is that you can add some nifty icons to your navigation bar by simply inserting a class to your menu item. Its a great way to make your navigation stand out and more unique. There are 20+ icons to choose from and can be added to both the main navigation and the sub-navigation links.

Custom Post Types – Staff/Services/Portfolio/Pricing Tables/Testiomonials…

As mentioned above the Classy theme uses various custom post types for adding content to your site. Some of the coolest are the portfolio which supports unlimited categories and paginated pages, services which support small icon displays and large featured images, testimonials which have their own page template with a unique design and the Pricing Tables which are managed via the custom post types and you can create an unlimited amout of them.

AviaCordion Slider: A self built jQue y Accordionslider that works with any number of images starting from 2. The slider does support Images as well as videos, opened in either a lightbox or directly embedded.

Piecemaker2: A sleek and modern 3D Slider that can be configured directly from your WordPress backend. Any number of images and transitions possible. See an example here (Devices that dont support flash, like iPhone and iPad will display a default fallback slider )

Colors, Fonts

The theme comes with a built in font selector in case you want to change the tone of your website by changing the font. You can also use choose between a light and a dark default skin and with the help of color selectors for links, background image and color (if in boxed layout) create a unique layout in a matter of seconds

The theme works with unobtrusive javascript which degrades gracefully if the user browser doesnt support it. This means the layout will still be functional (dropdown menus for example) and the content accessible.

The theme supports all major new browsers (firefox3,4,5,6+, IE7 ,IE8, IE9 +, Safari, Opera Chrome) For older browsers (namely the forsaken IE7 ) not all options are available and will displayed pixel perfect but as always the content will be fully accessible to your users so you dont lose any visitors due to their inability to read your content
